Why does my session participant only see a grey frame rather than the full contents of a window?
You can specify individually which windows and applications you would like to display to your session participants. Windows which have not been selected for display will be visible to your session participant as grey frames. You can change the settings for this function by clicking on “application selection” in the module. In this menu you can select whether you would like to show all, specific or recently opened windows. A further explanation can be found in the pcvisit 8 guide available here .
